Our Tomahawk steak, sourced from Robinsons Meats of Dublin, arrives daily before being stored in our dry-aging fridge. The dry-aging process breaks down the connective tissue in the meat, resulting in a much more tender steak. Our Tomahawk is then smoked & grilled on our HBE oven over charcoal, which creates the smokey flavour and further tenderises the steak.
